Sous Chef
Born in Shelbyville, Indiana, Chef Christopher Zamora has been part of the hospitality industry since 2020. After graduating from Ivy Tech Downtown with a degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality in 2022, he quickly advanced from his first role as a line cook to Sous Chef at RFD Franklin, and then Head Chef at Hillcrest Country Club, where he helped launch the Maxim concept and its off-site catering branch. Seeking to elevate his career in upscale dining, he made the move to Indianapolis, a step that eventually brought him to Provision.
Christopher’s culinary philosophy is rooted in his background in the fine arts, treating food as a creative expression. He draws inspiration from seasonality, vision, and emotion, with the goal of honoring each ingredient while curating memorable experiences for every guest.
Beyond the kitchen, Christopher enjoys photography, reading, and developing new concepts for dishes and menus, continuing to blend artistry and culinary innovation in every part of his life.
